We believe young adults strongly want their faith to intersect with the realities of their life and inform how they approach their adult ambitions. We believe it is our calling and responsibility to help them figure this out.

Driven largely by liberal academic institutions and media circles, the lines are being blurred when it comes to morality, gender identity, and what it means to be made in the image of God.

A CORRUPT AND FAILING POLITICAL SYSTEM

In poll of over 15,000 young adults conducted by the Barna Group, 82% of young people between the ages of 18-35 believe society is in a leadership crisis and they are not sure what to do.

EXTREMISM AND DIGITAL PROPAGANDA

Young adults are being targeted today by extremist groups and political propaganda. Key factors related to this are social isolation, the search for identity and community, heavy reliance on social media, and growing trends in gaming platforms.
OUR RESPONSE
Provide a training ground and strategic effort that follows a three-fold focus for growth, impact, and influence.​
SPIRITUAL GROWTH: True leadership begins with the heart and mind. Contrary to popular opinion, leadership does not start with skills and knowledge, but with character and integrity—driven by spiritual maturity. Our students conduct a thorough Biblical DISC® assessment helping them discover their unique divine design, improving their communication, productivity, leadership and relationships with God and others.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING: Engaging in first-hand experiences with the lands and lessons of the Bible, our students exponentially expand their understanding of the places, stories and people read about in Scripture. Learning to interact with people whose language, beliefs, and customs are different from their own are invaluable experiences that develop a broader perspective of God’s heart for humanity and his personal divine design for their lives.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Through live workshops, online and in-person roundtables, and on-demand resources, we keep our students engaged in a continual process of expanding their mind, developing their skills, and increasing their capacity to lead and influence with positive impact.

PHASE 3: ENCOUNTER STUDY TOUR
THE FOOTSTEPS OF JESUS: (SPRING SEMESTER)

Encounter Jesus, Jerusalem, and the Holy Land in High Definition Color! You will encounter the Bible in ways you never thought possible. You will sail the Sea of Galilee, explore the ancient temple, and walk where Jesus walked, with the Gospels as our guide.
THE FOOTSTEPS OF PAUL: (FALL SEMESTER)

Encounter the Apostle Paul in an immersive experience that brings the land and lessons of Paul's leadership to life. We will travel in Paul's footsteps to Galatia, Colossae and Ephesus with the book of Acts as our guide.

MONTHLY ROUNDTABLES: A unique discussion methodology centered on spiritual growth, biblical interpretation, cultural engagement, and leadership application.

ORIGIN STORY INTERVIEWS: Cultivate active listening and conversational acuity that informs deeper understanding of why people believer what they believe and do what they do.

WORLDVIEW ANALYSIS: Engage with local and national leaders in the areas of business, politics and religion, specifically seeking to understand their worldview dangers, opportunities, and strengths, while considering them through a Biblical lens.

KINGDOM IMPACT STRATEGIES: Leverage the power of collaboration with seasoned ministry and marketplace leaders to develop and/or refine a plan for continued growth and influence. ​​​
